The site on the corner of Osborne Street and Old Wynd has been vacant for many years. Our plans will support the regeneration of the city centre area by providing much needed high quality student living.

Osborne Street is a well-positioned student location within Glasgow's city centre, being within short walking distance from universities, main transport links and retail provision. The wider location is currently being transformed with major developments underway, creating a new residential and commercial hub within the Merchant City.

12. Right to withdraw consent
Where you have provided your consent to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal data, you have the right to fully or partly withdraw your consent. In such cases we will no longer process your personal data for the purposes to which you originally consented unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for further processing which override your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.

13. How long will we retain your information?
We will only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and processed.
